At Bold Builds Co., every project and consultation is handled with care, craftsmanship, and transparency. Because our work is custom and service-based, we do not offer blanket refunds — but we are committed to fairness and quality in every situation.
Consultations
Consultation fees are non-refundable, as time, expertise, and travel (if applicable) are reserved exclusively for your project. If you need to reschedule, notice must be provided at least 48 hours in advance. In such cases, the consultation may be rescheduled without losing the fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.

Service Deposits
Deposits made to secure project work, materials, or scheduling are non-refundable. These funds are used to allocate time, labor, and materials specific to your project. If a project is canceled before work begins and no materials have been purchased, a portion of the deposit may be credited toward a future project at the company’s discretion. If materials have been ordered or work has started, the deposit and any progress payments are non-refundable.

Completed Services
Due to the custom nature of our craftsmanship and construction work, completed services are non-refundable once delivered or installed. If there is a concern regarding workmanship or quality, clients must notify Bold Builds Co. within seven business days of project completion. We will inspect and, if applicable, repair or adjust the work at no additional charge.

Material Returns
Custom-ordered materials, finishes, or parts are non-returnable and therefore non-refundable. Stock materials may only be returned if the supplier allows it, and any restocking or handling fees will be deducted from the refund or credit.

Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within seven to ten business days to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees for services rendered or materials used.
Policy Agreement
By booking a consultation, placing a deposit, or initiating a service with Bold Builds Co. Custom Creations & Services LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
